nothing, except the Thai typical friendliness of the staff, I checked out after one night, the paid money for 5 nights were impossible to ge back and lost
very noisy, 1. from the mainstreet,2.from a cracking water pipe runing invisible through the room, 3.ringing staff-hallway telephone, light blocking curtains are a joke like in every hotel I used in Thailand, pillows are unnatural ballooned not a normal person would ever use at home.

Spotless, new-fashioned units provided with great views and good view and 3 large windows. Well-trained staff in the whole hotel.

Lovely hotel with clean rooms, fridges, and a nice pool. Perfect distance from the seedy areas, with shops nearby. Enjoyed the live music and fast service at the restaurant. Good value for money.

Clean, straightforward hotel with perfect and nice location near Terminal 21. A safe box, TV, and a mini fridge bar in the room and the comfy bed. A bath in the bathroom. Location near restaurants and all attractions...

stayed at a hotel in pattaya before, but aiyara palace was a pleasant surprise! clean and quiet, with convenient 7eleven and food options nearby. loved the big and comfy bed, and the local bus stop right outside the hotel. rooftop sunset views were a bonus.
Noisy and outdated air-con.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The room was modern, clean, and had ample space with a comfortable bed. The location was great, away from the bustling crowds but still conveniently close to the city center and beach. The staff treated me well, providing drop-in and pick-up services for short trips and arranging airport taxi service.
The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

Located in a peaceful area, yet not too far off from all the attractions, this hotel is ideally situated. We loved how it was close enough to the beach but not too crowded. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was well-maintained and clean. The hotel staff provided good service and were always courteous. The breakfast spread was varied and well-prepared. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi facilities along with the pool bar.
The hotel lacked ironing facilities in the rooms.

The staff at the lobby were super helpful and assisted us with our bags and belongings. The housekeeping staff on the 6th floor of the B side property were amazing, providing us with fresh towels and bath essentials. The security guard at the car parking basement was extremely helpful and great at his job. The room was spacious, well-lit, and impeccably clean, with a deep bathtub and great water pressure. Despite initial doubts due to negative reviews, this hotel surpassed all expectations. The room and bathroom were large, clean, and comfortable. The location was ideal, away from the crowded areas but still close to the city center and beach. There were great restaurants nearby and convenient transportation options. The hotel staff were efficient and provided a generous vegetarian Thai breakfast. The hospitality was top-notch and the hotel offered great value for money, even providing a free upgrade to a mini suite. The furniture was new and well-maintained, the lighting and air conditioning were excellent, and the beds were superbly comfortable. this hotel provided an unforgettable experience and I highly recommend it for families, couples, or anyone looking for a pleasant stay.
